How to Book a Tour with Us?

Once we receive your Booking email, we will email you back confirming we have a room on the date you want, at the same time we will confirm the total cost per person.

To confirm your places in our lodge, you will need to make a full payment using Pay Pal, Western Union or a bank transfer. Once we receive your payment your room is confirmed and we will send you a service voucher.

About Cancellations and Travel Insurance

Because we are a small business and there is high demand for our accommodations, we must enforce a strict cancellation and no-show policy.

•    For cancellations made 8 days or more prior to your arrival, a 88% of refund is given.
•    For cancellations occurred 7 days and 4 days prior your arrival a 70% of refund is giving.
•    Cancellations made up to 2 days no refund is given and it will be considered as no-show.

We recommend travel insurance to cover hotel cancellations, as claims for compensation cannot be considered (check above). The insurance should also cover cancellation of tours, cancellation of flights, accident, loss of personal luggage, hospitalization, etc. We do not accept responsibility for cancellation loss, tropical medical problems, damage or injury to property or persons.
